Update on completion of acquisition of SK-NIC

CentralNic, the global software platform company supporting subscription web services including domain names, advises that, due to complexities in legal processes, its acquisition of the business and assets of SK-NIC, the manager of the exclusive country code top-level domain for Slovakia, .sk, is now expected to complete in November. The acquisition was detailed in an announcement dated 25 August 2017.
