[September 10th, 2020] CentralNic Group PLC (AIM: CNIC), the fastest growing company in the domain name industry, with over 45 million domains using its platforms, is pleased to announce it has entered into a conditional agreement to acquire Codewise.
We are excited to announce we will soon be welcoming Codewise and its businesses Zeropark and Voluum into the CentralNic Group. This newest family member will enhance our monetisation offering, as well as introducing new online marketing tools to our suite of services for businesses.
Under CentralNic, Codewise will continue to run independently under its current management with a new Board, next to Team Internet, our existing monetisation business acquired in December 2019. We are not planning any changes to staff, services or pricing at Codewise.
Our enlarged Group’s combined expertise and leading technologies in the internet and domains industry will help drive growth and innovation. We are organising meetings between the management of Codewise, Team Internet and our other businesses to explore the ways our combined talents, resources and technologies can better serve customers across the Group.
